So far as I can see, your server-side passes a store lat/long and address to the webpage. The webpage script essentially ignores the lat/long and geocodes the address. Doesn't that strike as a bit of waste of time, and source of inaccuracy? In FF2, the map exhibits 'top left corner' syndrome because it is initially hidden.
