Hello group, I've read the terms for using Google Maps API in reference to using it in my desktop application. Basically what I see is I can use Maps API without a premier account if my app is publicly available. My app is publicly available and is free for use, but I do accept donations to continue to improve the application. Before I change my GIS component to use Google Maps/Earth API I need to know if this type of use would violate the terms of use? Thanks! Bryan
