This type of message is a well-known scam. Muggings at gunpoint in London are very rare. There is no hotel at that address (it's a bank). I'm going to assume that Pankaj has had his Group identity spoofed, and remove the message from the web view. Because of this, Pankaj's Group account will be put on moderation; genuine posts will allow that to be removed. Pankaj: if this has really happened to you, it must have been frightening. But although the police can't help with the hotel bill, they should be able assist you to get to Heathrow: there are local funds held at police stations for this purpose. Because you have your passport and plane ticket, and have made a crime report, it will be easy to prove your bona fides. If your Group account has been spoofed, then at least this message will let you know of that.
