Hi larry,

The ip address is visible to everyone and not reserved to local
network ie an external IP address accessable to all.

If the IP address is for example http://192.192.192.86  then how do I
get an API Key for that as google maps does not allow me to get a KEY
for that URL. It has to be a proper domain name for eample
http://www.propername.com
