Thanks for the response...Yes our application is open to the public
(our system is set up to switch all ip addresses to a 199.x.x.x)  To
make things clear it is my no means an internal application.  I have
posted on V3 also..I didn't see they had a group for that to when I
started this post.

Still looking for an answer on the 15k limit
