Sorry i did not remove one of the developing links from the framework.
It should work for you too now.
For sure it is developed for Api version 2.193 of GMaps, the current
usage of 3.x was just a test.
The framework is tested and working without errors with the following
browsers (no need to test it in any older version):
- FireFox 3.5.8
- Safari 4.0.4
- Internet Explorer 8.0.6
As i wrote already in my first post. There is no map.setCenter used
relating to the problem. The methods map.panTo or map.panBy are not
even used at all anywhere. The following two lines are just a
workaround to get around the impossibility to move the map due to this
problem (ln 804, 805 mapstack.js; method CreateHomeMarker).
map.panTo(h_marker.getPoint());
map.setCenter(h_marker.getPoint());
Simplifying the map is not the solution as what u see is just an
example to show the mentioned problem. Therefore it is just using a
small bit of the framework. The maps it is displaying have way more
features in the full version.
