If you need each user to have their own key, they will need to create it themselves. You *could* use a common key for http://w3schools.in, but that means that (a) it will be shared between all your subdomains and (b) it will be tied to your account. If a subdomain owner breaks the Terms and Google disable the key, every map will go down; and Google could actually disable *your* account -- resulting in disabling every map, past present and future.
