Same problem here, though with an old domain, not a new one. I enter the domain, check the Terms box, and submit. It asks me to sign in (even if I'm already signed in), I do so, then it returns me to the original page with my info gone.
I've tried it starting out both logged in and signed out, no change. I've tried it with IE8, IE8 in compat mode, and Firefox, no luck.
