Give us a chance. You posted a link four hours ago and some of us have
other things to do as well as volunteer here!

It seems to me that if "moveend" is fired on change of zoom, you don't
need to listen for the zoomend event. Just listen for moveend and you
will handle both. *However* I don't believe that simply zooming a map,
where the centre is not changed, should actually trigger a moveend. It
hasn't moved. I think that behaviour has been mentioned in the group
before, but I can't find an Issue for it, so you might consider
raising one. A mousewheel zoom would change the map centre though, so
that probably would trigger zoomend and moveend.
