That page always alerts an error on first load, due to geocoding a null value. Apart from that, it looks fine to me (albeit it will be running version 2.140 and the search box is inoperative) If you're sure your users are reporting the error correctly, and not just assuming "its the same" because of the error alert, you need to start looking at what they've got in common. The most likely cause of "GClientGeocoder being NULL" is that the API isn't being loaded at all.
