Hello. This might be more of a CSS question, but I am hoping to gain some elucidation here.
If you visit my website at: http://climateactionmap.org/zealand/ you will notice that on the top-left of the page is a small box that says "Menu >>". Press that button and a menu will open. Now press the button again to close the menu. When the menu opens or closes, you will notice the left edge of the map moves with it. When the menu is closed, the map expands on the right to show more of the world within the map pane. What I want to do is change this behavior to more closely match what is seen on maps.google.com. On that site, when you open/close the menu, the right edge of the map stays fixed and instead the map expands on the left. The difference is, on my map the location of the markers on your screen changes, and on maps.google.com they stay fixed. Any advice on how to achieve this behavior? I have been trying for some time and am unable to figure it out. The closest I can get is to have the map window be full-width and simply hide part of the map behind the menu, however this obscures the google logo, and also screws up things that detect which markers are visible on the map. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
