Just an update from the issue 2212 as stated by Nicolas:

"Thanks for your reports. The issue has been analyzed as coming from a
particular
datacenter which was running a newer version of Street View, and
traffic to this
datacenter has been diverted. The issue seems now fixed, but please
provide a
comment to this thread if you are still experiencing this problem. We
will be able to take
more drastic measures, and to react much more quickly now that the
root cause is
known."

My stuff is working now so looks like we are good to go.  Thanks
