You need to find some free hosting for your map page, then. I'm sure
your department doesn't want you to break the terms of service that
you agreed to when you got your key.

'map' is local in scope to the function. After the function has
completed, 'map' is no longer accessible. Events run onclick are run
long after the function has completed.
