A key for http://obreste.ru should work for the http://map.obreste.ru
domain.

It looks like your key is for http://map.obreste.ru which should also
work (and does, I don't get the key warning on that page).

I get:
Line: 9
Error: Object expected

on this line:
var map = new GMap2($("map_canvas"));

Did you mean to include jquery?
