I can confirm one issue.

http://maps.gstatic.com/intl/en_ALL/mapfiles/208a/maps2.api/main.js is
coming back as "not found" (this is the location that the initial Maps
API Call returns).

The call is made via: 
http://maps.google.com/maps?file=api&v=2&sensor=false&key={ENTERPRISE_KEY_FOR_DOMAIN}

I'd provide an online example, however at this stage I cannot
(intranet application, enterprise license).
