My understanding is that, generally speaking, the limit of daily queries per ip address per day applies to the client rather than the server.
However, what I am trying to get my head around is instances when I use php to parse the XML request. What IP Address would show here? Is it the client who has prompted the call? Or the server which, in theory, parses all the XML information before it reaches the browser?
