I am planning for a real estate listings website where I will be using Google Maps as my base layer using Openlayers but I will not be using any functionality provided in the Google Maps API. The site is meant for business purpose and I will be charging my users for creating listings of their properties in my portal. I am getting more & more confused reading the Terms & Conditions of Google Maps API. Does my case come under Commercial use? My site hits would be not more than 1000 per day. Do I have to signup for Google Maps API premier? If my usage comes under commercial and I need to pay the premier API charges, is there any alternate approach? I would not be earning so much to afford a premium API fees.
