when an ExtInfoWindow is opened in opera using windows xp the display is incorrect. The right side elements have been shifted to the left, the size is wrong and the contents are unformatted. Problem does not exist with any other browser. Some of this can be fixed with css but the display is still wrong. It does this to a gmap example:
