I understand that you want to compare the list of coordinates from a route to a list of locations that you should have in the database. In order to do that you need to develop a XML file to restrict results from the database to the viewport. After that you can use Google Maps API GDownloadUrl utility. But this comparison should be done server side, otherwise the browser will kneel, as it will be lots of coordinates.
