That certainly can be an issue... GeoXml has several settings in this
regard.

It lets you define a absolute maximum width (content scrolls if bigger)
 and a default minimum width for the window (but this expands if it things
its likely wide for instance if the name of the element has a lot of
characters in it).
and a height for the the window (content scrolls if bigger)

hmmm does kml have any popup size control
