I'm not sure I fully understand what you're asking.
Do you mean A to B to C, but allow the route to miss a point by 500
meters?

Within a certain maximum limit, which I don't remember exactly, the
directions service will always attempt to go as close to the defined
points as possible. If it misses a point by more than x meters it is
because it cannot get there.
