I bought a car. I filled it with petrol. I press the gas pedal and it
doesn't go. What's wrong?

Please supply a link as requested in the posting guidelines.

Something you can do yourself, which might help diagnosis: point your
browser at the PHP script which creates the XML. You should see XML in
your browser. You might see an error message which will give you
something to look for [that's what we'd do]. If you don't get an
error, increase the radius you're searching; your data might be wrong.
But if you'd like the Group to help, please let us see the patient.

PS: I hadn't started the engine; or it wasn't in gear; or I hadn't
released the handbrake; or the petrol pump is faulty; or there was
sugar in the tank before I put the petrol in; or...
