Hi,

Honestly, I don't know if this post is in the write place or NOT,
perhaps NO, but actually I have no choice.

In my company, we want to purchase a license for Google Maps, and
passed through these steps:

1. I had filled this online form many times:
http://www.google.com/support/enterprise/bin/request.py?contact_type=gme&utm_campaign=en-codepremierguide.And
get the automatic replay as follows:

Thank you for your interest in Google Maps API Premier. The following
Google Enterprise representatives are available to discuss your
mapping needs. Depending on your organization's location, please
contact the following:

- Europe, Middle East & Africa - Sanjay Patel ([email protected])
- Japan - T.J. Osuga ([email protected])
- Asia Pacific - Adam Smith ([email protected])
- Northern Latin America - Jorge Molina ([email protected])
- Southern Latin America - Gabriela Franchetto ([email protected])
- Brazil - Jose Nilo Martins ([email protected] )

If you do not require enterprise-quality customer support, control
over ads, or a SLA, and your website is public and free, you can also
try the Google Maps API. (link to: http://www.google.com/apis/maps/)

Thank you for your interest in Google's mapping technology.

Sincerely,

The Google Enterprise Team

2. I sent an email with my company requirements to [Sanjay Patel] many
times, but I'm getting no answer.

3. I try to call Google Branch in UAE on +97144370680 and getting no
answer also.

4. I search the internet to get more information about the difference
between the Maps API Premier and Enterprise license, and I found this
article only:
http://withthatsaid.com/google-maps-api-premier-follow-up-on-licensing-pricing/
written by Brendan on April 24, 2008. but I still have many questions
about this issue.

My Questions are:

1. Is there any alternatives to contact Google about that?! What I'm
doing wrong in contacting them?!

2. What are the differences between assets and users in Enterprise?

--
- USD $24 per user/per year
- USD $24 per asset/per year

Note: There is a minimum charge of $10,000 which entitles you to your
first 100 users or assets These licenses are annual, and can be
upgraded should you exceed the limit

I do not understand :
- first 100 assets : 100 x $24 = $2,400 not $10,000

So does it mean that for 200 assets price is : $10,000 + 100x$24 =
$12′400 ?

If I have 200 assets (vehicles) for 2 users, each one own 100 assets
(vehicles), how the calculation will be?!

Please, help me to figure this out because I'm living in this circle
since Sun 2/7/2010 :(.
