I'm seeing the same thing coming from Massachusetts, with the same
errors.
Icons are plotting fine (when GMap2 is defined), but no polygons.
However,
popup windows (InfoWindows) also seem to be broken -- they don't
appear when
clicking on icons that have them. And I think the geocoder is broken.

I went through a proxy site and things looked ok... at least, I saw
polygons
plotted (I hadn't noticed the other problems at the time... I'm going
back
now to check further).
