I suggest adding Premier API support to GeoKit. I looked at the code
for GeoKit, and it seems pretty well-thought-out.

If you need to add extra stuff to the URL, I'd add a premier maps
option or two below this line:

http://github.com/andre/geokit-gem/blob/master/lib/geokit/geocoders.rb#L76

...and change the logic for generating the URL here:

http://github.com/andre/geokit-gem/blob/master/lib/geokit/geocoders.rb#L397
