Dear, I have a question regarding the terms of service for the free Google API. I found the following text in the terms of service:

These advertisements may be targeted to the content of information stored on the Services, queries made through the Services or other information. 17.2 The manner, mode and extent of advertising by Google on the Services are subject to change without specific notice to you. 17.3 In consideration for Google granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Google may place such advertising on the Services. --------------------------------------------- Elsewhere on the site i found this text: --------------------------------------------- The Maps API does not include advertising. If we ever decide to change this policy, we will give you at least 90 days notice via the announcements lists. --------------------------------------------- There is a distinction between the Maps API, which doesn't include advertising, and "some of the services". Can you tell me which of the service these are and whether these are essential services to be able to use the free API?
