Thanks for your response marcelogdiaz. Actually, there is only one site. For example, in http://www.mysite.com/chating, user 'A' is typing a message. Now I'll open another tab/browser to visit the map at http://www.mysite.com/mymap. In the 2nd, there is already a marker to point-out user 'A', and once A send any message, it will be shown in that marker. In this way, also assume that there is another marker for user 'B' in the other side of the map, and when 'B' send any message from http://www.mysite.com/chating, the map will be panned to show up the message and closing message from 'A' at the same time (like http://beta.twittervision.com as I told before.).
To be honest, I'm not so good at Google Map, so if anything details or any good reference, would help me.
