Since I last wrote, on Sunday, there's been a huge change in my status. My prescription has been changed to remove Clonazepam. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clonazepam
Many of the symptoms that I was still experiencing seem to have been side effects and actual intended effects of the Clonazepam, which is now slowly leaking out of my body. I still recognise that I'm not quite right, but I'm getting better faster than my doctor seems to expect.
