It's doing what you tell it to: centering on 51.5001524,-0.1262362. If you need it to geocode your postcode, you need to tell it to do that. http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/services.html#Geocoding Warning: UK postcodes are horribly inaccurate due to Royal Mail restrictions. That *may* change with the release of Ordnance Survey data, but don't hold your breath.
