Thanks, that helped a lot.

I was finally able to create the coverage circles but they don't show
up directly under the marker. They seem to be offset, but in different
directions.

I also can't figure out how to make the circles have a 1 mile radius.
When I change the initial zoom level it also changes the size of the
circle.

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, it would be
very helpful.
