How? The message seems quite explicit. You have overdone something (probably geocoding). Assuming it is geocoding: if you have issued more than 2500 requests in the last 24 hours, you will need to wait for the end of that period; if you have simply gone at too fast a rate for a brief period, you will need to wait a little and the slow down. Note the limit: 2500 requests in 24 hours. That's one every 35 seconds.
