Hi,

 You can try ZeeMaps (http://www.zeemaps.com) and see if it suits your
requirements.

 Create a map on ZeeMaps, then upload a CSV file with the zipcode and
other information. Use the "GeoSearch" on the top right of the map to
search for markers within 10km of a particular zipcode.

 You can also publish your map in your own website with geo-search
enabled, using the Print or Share -> Publish menu item.
