Well this isnt really a Googe Maps API issue, probaby best in.

A search result can only link to the whole KML file. Its not really
possible to link to a specific feature in a KML file. If you want
individualy links, will need to creae seperate KML files.

Again probably best asked in the other forum, but almost certainly
that Google Search doesnt really understand KML files to produce a
meaningful snippet for display purposes. (GoogleBot understands it for
parsing and indexing tho)
