Load the page. In Firefox, use menu Tools > Error Console. The
relevant error is at the bottom of the list; clicking on the link will
open the source of the page with a line highlighted. The highlighted
line will almost certainly not be the line which caused the error,
rather where the error was actually picked up. In this case, the error
is immediately above it.

Almost certainly. Generally, Javascript stops dead when it encounters
an error. However, there may be other issues which the code hasn't yet
reached because it's stopped at the error.
