I am in Firefox so you should be able to reproduce it.

Do the following:

-Refresh the page so you get the initial load
-Click the map, then use the arrow keys
-Click the add markers button
-Click back in the map and try the arrow keys, you should find it
breaks.

I will take a look at Pamela's post and see if that will solve my
problem.
