I don't know of any tools that will do that for you (that doesn't mean
they don't exist).  It shouldn't be too hard to write something that
does that though.
1. load the kml from your "my maps" map into a Google Maps API page
with one of the third party parsers.
2. grab the polyline and use the polyline encoding class from here:
http://facstaff.unca.edu/mcmcclur/GoogleMaps/EncodePolyline/
to create an encoded polyline.
3. save that encoded polyline to your server.
