The copyright text reflects the providers of the data Google have used to make the map you show. Because you are displaying a map of the world, there are quite a lot of providers involved. If you zoom in you will see the copyright text shorten as certain providers' data is no longer shown. There is a case for Google's own CSS to be better behaved though: text on the map should be kept on the map.
