I just tried that out
My map had a width of 600 pixels and an overview map whose default
width is set by defaultUI. From zoom level 0 to 4 the notice encloses
4 complete lines (overview map opened). When the overview map is
closed the notice still needs 3 lines.
Hmm, the companies mentioned in the notice seems to be very
important...
