I want to know that if i am viewing at zoom level say 12 say map mumbai and at same level in map of new york. Do the object near the center are of same size in both maps?
E.g. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=mumbai&sll=43.046484,-76.129831&sspn=0.010397,0.026157&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Mumbai,+Mumbai+suburban,+Maharashtra,+India&ll=19.017656,72.856178&spn=0.215199,0.41851&z=12 and http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=new+york&sll=19.017656,72.856178&sspn=0.215199,0.41851&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=New+York&ll=40.754279,-73.969574&spn=0.172428,0.41851&z=12 Since the scale of two maps is markedly different.
