That's the forum for Google Places (the site for managing business listings) but this is the correct forum for questions about the Google Places API, which I believe is what Amit is asking about.
As the docs state, the Places API will launch in July. We will contact you at that time when your application is processed with instructions on how to obtain your client id and cryptographic key.
