What is in the directions depends on who provided them. For instance I get the name: "Take the Newhaven - Dieppe ferry to Newhaven", and there is also "Take the Dover Folkestone - Calais Frethun train to Folkestone". You would probably need to use regular expressions to catch the strings, along with some trial-and-error.
