None of which are in San Antonio. Leave out "Navarro" and you get a single location. > another example whereby we get multiple results would be Boston > Common http://sency.com/place.php?city=boston&span=day&index=1 on > Tremont Street in Boston "Tremont Street, Boston" gives four locations as it appears it goes through four zipcodes. The Static Map goes for the first one: http://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=Tremont+Street,+Boston&zoom=14&size=400x400&sensor=false which is what I would tend to do. (The results are the same whether you include "Boston Common" in the address or not) If the geocoder returns more than one result and you don't want to select one, then you have to make a default choice. The geocoder ranks the results in what it thinks is the best order, so using the first one is definitely reasonable and certainly easiest. -- Andrew C Leach -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
