It has something to do with the fact that IE displays bold font and FF
doesn't. I've noticed this when I tried to make something else bold on
one of my side tables. I believe the map menu by default has bold
font, and since IE displays it it makes the menu box bigger than the
one in FF. I'm sure FF is capable of displaying bold fonts, I just
must have it disabled or something. And I apologize but I can't post a
link to my map, it's on a private server.
