We have our site hosted in a shared hosting environment at the
Rackspace cloud. We used the API for geo-coding and out of the blue we
started getting 620 errors. The site is still in development phase and
we are pretty sure we were no where close to the 15k daily limit. We
read in this forum that it might be due to the cloud's outbound ip
that might have been banned due to it being shared between various
sites. Is there a way around this or is there a way to get the ban
revoked by contacting Google directly?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
