I'd guess that you include the urchintracker.js script at the top of
the page, and then include the urchinTracker() function call in the
markers' click handler(s). Since this is really an Analytics question
("How do I track an event with Analytics?") rather than a Maps
question per se you may get a better answer in an Analytics forum.
