'points' is an array

You pass the array to createMarker()
> var marker = new GMarker(point);
GMarker expects to be given one GLatLng, not an array of anything.
Change
var marker = createMarker(points);
to
var marker = createMarker(latlon);
In addition to that, GLatLng exepcts to be given two numbers, not two
strings. You may want to convert your data, depending on teh source
that you haven't shown us, using parseFloat() or similar.
