I have a small map (width max 220px).

Below the map there are some checkboxes to toggle overlays like
wikipedia or panoramio, this works great:

        $('.toggleOverlay').live('click', function(a) {
            overlay = new GLayer($(this).val());
            if(this.checked) {
                MarkersArray[$(this).val()] = overlay;
                map.addOverlay(overlay);
            }
            if(!this.checked){
                map.removeOverlay(MarkersArray[$(this).val()]);
                map.removeOverlay($(this));
            }
        });

Since the infowindows are wider than the map, the infowindow is not
shown totally, unless you move the map.

So I thought it would be great to open the infowindow as a lightbox.
Maybe anyone has a hint for me on how to catcht the click event from
the overlay-markers and have this opened outside the map div or as a
lightbox?
