This works for me: http://www.geocodezip.com/example_geo2.asp?addr1=Havelock%20Town,%20Sri%20Lanka&addr2=(6.862796,79.864619)&geocode=1&geocode=2 But I wouldn't expect the Google Geocoder or Directions service to be able to locate "American College of Higher Education, Dehiwala, Sri Lanka" unless you use the local search API.
