thank you for your reply Rossko, I'm aware of that link. Thing is, that users outside that region, lets say neighbor County can also place a marker since the 'range' is squared :) i was wondering if there is a way, to create a (lets say) kind of outline, that allows the users to mark only in this particular area (the area doesn't have to be squared, you know how county borders are).
