getLocations -- that's not the same as getlocations.

I have no idea about how your dynamic layer is structured, or indeed
about the query language and syntax you're using. I suspect that
question needs to be directed to an ESRI forum. It doesn't appear to
refer to Google's API, but an ArcGIS API.
